Middle East Local Brand ODM Customization Project
A well-known local consumer electronics brand from Saudi Arabia cooperated with DESS for full ODM customization of home LCD projectors. The client put forward personalized demands targeting the Middle East local market, including exclusive brand UI, multi-Arabic language system, optimized interface layout and customized outer shell appearance.
DESS provided one-stop customized solutions covering hardware adjustment, software development and packaging design:
- Adjusted the interface layout to reserve RJ45 wired network port for local commercial use scenarios;
- Completed Arabic system adaptation, regional app pre-installation and brand exclusive boot animation;
- Retained core standard configurations including intelligent auto focus, electric lifting stand; the flagship C5 Enterprise variant was configured with 65W studio speakers for high-end hotel sub-line;
- Customized exclusive color box and outer packaging printed with the client’s brand logo.
From scheme confirmation, sample production to mass production delivery, DESS strictly followed the client’s certification standards for the Middle East market. The customized projectors were officially launched in offline shopping malls and online e-commerce platforms, achieving steady monthly sales growth, and the two parties expanded cooperation to high-end hotel C5 Enterprise models with 65W audio.
