Important Safety Precautions:

1. Putting a battery type that is not recommended for the remote control could lead to an explosion hazard. Used batteries should be discarded following the proper guidelines.
2. Take care that no tiny objects—like fingernail pieces or paper scraps—enter the projector. Never push metal items such as wires or screwdrivers into the ventilation openings. If something does get inside by accident, cut off the power right away and ask a certified technician to take it out.
3. Whenever you need to transport the projector, use soft padding to wrap it. Should the lens get oily or pick up fingerprints, lightly dab a cotton cloth with 75% medical alcohol and wipe it gently. Also, protect the projector from hard knocks and strong vibrations.
4. Don't put any liquid containers on top of the projector. If liquid spills, it could cause an internal short circuit or ignite a fire.
5. During operation, the projector gives off a very intense beam of light. To protect your eyesight, never look straight into the lens.
6. After the projector has been on for some time, the exhaust vent area can get extremely hot. Touching it then may result in burns.
7. Avoid placing the unit in a location where an air conditioner blows warm air directly on it. Otherwise, condensation or too much heat may cause the device to break down.
8. Ensure proper air circulation around the unit and keep all vents unblocked. This will stop heat from building up inside.
